OUR RIVER CAMPSITE WHERE THE TAGAERI HOSTILE (THEY DONT WANT ANY HUMAN CONTACT, THEY WALK NAKED AND ARMED ONLY WITH SPEARS. THEY ARE SO PRIMITIVE THEY DONT EVEN HAVE CANOES) SHOWED ACROSS THE RIVER AFTER OUR NIGHT EVAC
2 nights b4 we were allmost attacked by tagaeri indians on a similar river bank and had to EVAC in the middle of the night

we were also surrounded by a herd of 150 wild pikari - monsterous boar that attacks anything in the area, we had 3 shotguns and the m16 courtersy of ecuador jungle warfare captain that came with us (edwin) so pikari were -2. these guys attacked our guide 2 years ago and allmost killed him. they killed his dogs, ripped his cloths off, he still has the scars to show. he saved his kids by throwing them on the nearest tree but wasnt lucky enought to evade the gang pickari attack. they attack in unision. he has some nasty scars to show. this is a YOUNG pikari we killed. they get MUCH BIGGER

they have very small, miniature pirranahs in the lagoon next to my dads lodge
if you look behind my dad in the background is edwin, the spec jungle warfare guy, which survived one time on his own in the jungle for 3 months without any help until he got rescued (during the peru-ecuador war) he is fishing for the pirrannahs with meat
