| Word of mouth has been doing me well but I figured I'd spread the word a bit more on my own.
If you've got a gun that is not working properly (or at all) or a gun you'd like to get upgraded, please let me know.
My prices are VERY affordable (especially compared to sending it off) and everyone has been VERY HAPPY with my level of craftsmanship, attention to detail and price.
PLEASE NOTE! MY PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE PARTS! My prices are also geared towards AEG's. If you've got a bolt action or pistol please email me with what you need for a quote.
My base price is $25.00 This is to open up a gun and replace parts, put in new parts, diagnose and repair, etc.
If I have to open it up and do work with shimming, it's an extra $10.00 I don't mean add a shim or two here and there, I mean if you change your gears or you bushings and I have to shim from scratch.
To change out the barrel and/or hop rubber on MOST guns: $10.00
If you buy an AB MOSFET from me, I charge $20.00 to install it. It's less than my base as incentive to purchase one of my units.
If while I am in your gun installing said AB MOSFET you decide you also want me to put in parts I charge $5-15 based on the job.
Add-on's to an AB MOSFET:
$5 - Main spring, spring guide, tappet plate, air nozzle, anti-reversal latch, switch unit, small gearbox springs
$10 - Piston, piston head, cylinder, cylinder head, semi-auto cut off lever, tappet plate.
$15.00 - Gears or bushings (re-shimming needed)
Of course, if you have a gun where SERIOUS incompatibility issues occur, guns that require me to work on the gun for countless hours... There may be some extra charge but it will not be much. It rarely happens but I have to make people aware.
CUSTOM WORK is pretty much on an individual basis. I can do custom fiberglass work as wanted. I can also do stock part modification on parts that aren't the way you want them (man, I really wish there was a hole here to run my battery cable...)
PLEASE NOTE! I am always more than fair and will not EVER go above my basic prices without letting you know the situation first.

| I'll vouch for Fireman. Though I've only purchased one item off of him I have seen the customizations he's done to his gear. There have been many people who have used his services and purchased his product and I have not seen one negative thing said on this forum or FA.
As well as him being a stand-up honest individual, when I needed help installing my AB mosfet he was quick to respond. Thanks Fireman!
Good luck! | |

| I am a firm Supporter of Fireman, and I am also a customer... An Extremely Satisfied Customer! I recently had him do a Complete Shim job, an AB MOSFET install, and Motor Replacement... He also did some custom work to enable ease of use.. The gun is now 12v ready, and shooting like a beast. I settled on using my 10.8v battery in it (12v was just too fast)... Here is a video of my gun, and I think it does a great job of showing my satisfaction... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nwHRtwBoh6II am putting my name behind his work, and I am telling the world about it. I highly recommend him.. His Pricing is in the "Working Man" range... I am just a customer, I am not affiliated with Fireman as far as business is concerned... | |

| Great I have never been good at shimming and have always had my past gun gearboxes rebuilt by someone when my gears go tango uniform (Usually just by a new gearbox to throw in there). Nice to know that your prices are good, I have had good friends charge me more. Im glad there is someone down in this state that can do it that doesn't cost me a bucket. | |

| Shar (or whoever else had the power to pin this ad) - THANK YOU!
HoldenV - Yeah, I think that the send away airsoft tech work is a rip off with how much they charge plus the shipping on top of it. This isn't my main job, just something I do on the side so I like to keep my prices low to help the most people I can stay in the game without breaking the bank.

| Fireman what kind of spring would I need to get to pump a gun up into DMR range, and what materials would I need? I'm toying with the thought of maybe me giving you my gun to upgrade... | |

badtrooper, high fps does not necessarily mean range. my CA M14 only has around 380fps, and it can seriously reach out and touch someone. Same thing with my M6 sniper, its got less fps than the M14, and shoots just as far, if not further

| Yeah, Lero is right. FPS does not always mean distance. Hop up and inner barrel and bb quality (in that order) play a major role in the range.
However, if you mean that you want to get the most bang for your buck out of a DMR FPS wise because you are also going to make it semi-auto...
If you use a nice tight bore I'd go with an M140 or M150 spring.
If you like, I've got a guarder SP 140 spring here that I'd sell you.
Please note (because I am GOD DAMNED TIRED OF PEOPLE DOING THIS AND BITCHING WHEN SHIT BREAKS!) If you want to put a larger spring in, especially such a spring, there is a good chance you will need to put in a reinforced piston, some torque up gears and possibly a motor with a good amount of torque.
Piston wise you can go with the G&P Polyacetal piston with the 5 metal teeth or you can go all out and get a piston with full metal teeth. Gear wise I like Prometheus. Prometheus does not always like people's wallets... The triple torque up gears I had ran me $90.00
Motor wise, I used to only say something like the ICS 3000 or Systema high torque but now so many other companies have come out with motors that are high torque. Take note though, if you have a stock motor that says "high torque/speed" and looks cheesy, it most likely is not the "high torque" you need.
Worse case scenario motor wise is that if it's not strong enough, you will feel the handle get hot (if it moves the spring at all) and know it's not strong enough.

| I already have a 6.01 tb in there, along with metal hopup. I know about putting a supped up spring in there without any reinforced stuff, and I was wonder the price with you putting everything in, (parts and labor) My guns shotting 330 FPS, and I'd like to get it up to 450-ish so it'd give me about another 30-40 feet if I'm thinking correctly. I do not however, have any idea how to set a Ak-74 onto semi permently. Don't worry guys, I do my research | |
