I know who you are talking about, I think, He shows up in a full Nazi uniform to games, Like the AMERIKA at WW. I understand your feelings. I also hate anything Nazi other than a dead one and even then I still dont like them.

Okdokey let me get in line for the ass whooping...but hear me out first. Because someone has an interest in WW2 history and the German Army does not make them a Nazi...Now if some jackass is being a douche and talking shit about Juden this and Juden that and doing the big stupid salute I agree stomp a mudhole in his ass! However I have a 3rd Panzer Gren. Impression part of an SS uniform that came with some other stuff in a deal but I also have 2 82nd Airborne impressions. I'm certainly not a Nazi. The thing about the SS is that everyone loves camo and the SS had a shit ton of camo so people that do a WW2 German impression usually pick SS because they can accurately dipict the SS wear a ton of camo. Having said this I don't wear my German gear to non WW2 games. I would have worn it to Amerika but it would have fit in there. If I go to open games I normally wear Russian gear or my 82nd impression. I find that people interested in history will come up and ask about the uniform and I might be able to recruit people to WW2 Airsoft. I know it is not a major concern for you guys but WW2 Airsoft is my major focus while I dabble in other airsoft themes.

Charley do you wear any SS symbols on you? From my understanding the guys we have problems with do..

I have an SS Impression. It is a field combat impression you would never catch me wearing armbands and shit like that. If this guy is doing that something is fishy. What you have to look out for is that sometimes people do German impressions because they are Closet Nazis...Not everyone obviously I'm not but some are. they generally show thier true colors before too long though. Had to add. All my uniforms have what any German combat uniform would have on them. The brest eagle with a swastika also my M43 hat has the insignia on it.

I was making fun of the deuch bag , walked up to him and asked him to take a pic with me so we can see what kind of insignia the guy has. also told him to smile for the camera, later we looked at the photo and it was a swastika.
just to make it clear. I am NOT his buddy. and that is a FAKE smile on my part. I was pretty pissed inside.

he has a swastika on his arm and a SS deaths head on his cap. for those not up on there history the SS deaths head units were responsible for administering the concentration and death camps for the 3rd Reich. that is my issue. if its a WW2 game and you want to dress as SS ok, you will just get that much more attention from me. as far as wearing it to a game where it has no place, ie the radiant spear game, then it takes me much restraint and patients not to stomp a mud hole in your ass and walk it dry. sorry for the anger but this issue pisses me off beyond anything else.

I admit, I didn't completely agree with your anger against the guy doing the reenactment because it was done in "good taste" (or as good as it can get). This other guy however I agree is out of line. Even worse because he thinks it's so "cool" or "funny" that he is wearing the stuff... There's nothing funny or cool about that shit. Not unless the theme of the game is "Nazi hunt" where it's 250 vs 1. :-)

Yeah see I find wearing US Airborne to modern games is much much less offensive to people. Why piss people off when you don't have to? Some people are not very smart. Just remember if you guys run a WW2 game I can play the German side or the American side but I can never play the NAZI side...

Speaken of WWII Charley, know any good places to get a WWII russian gear load out? I recall you saying that they are coming out with a PPsh and I'm intrested... ( I know this is off topic lol)

PPsh is already out and several people that preordered them already have them. Initial reviews are good. Cheap WW2 Russian I am not sure about as I have never done a ww2 rusky impression. I would check out ww2airsoft.com's forums for info on that.
