As I suggested to another player, go with a 6.01 barrel. If you go to airsoftgi.com and type in "6.01" in the search then scroll down you'll see some called "Masamune" that are more or less the airsoftgi brand of barrels. I talked to one of their techs on the phone and he says that they've had good feedback so far on them and that they will give FPS boosts much like DB customs did. Based on this, if you are already shooting 360 then putting in such a barrel will put you right into the FPS range you are looking for without the need to increase the spring power. I'll also say that you should aim for 390 or 395 at the most. If you skate too close to the 400 line then when you get to an MGP game there is too much of a chance that you'll not pass chrono since they all vary a little. It would be terrible for you to get to a game and have your gun turned away.
Unless the stock bucking survives the barrel change, you may also want to get a new one. I like the Guarder 50% myself. It's soft but is nice for 400 and less since you can adjust it a little easier as opposed to a harder one that is sort of all or nothing within a 1/16th of an inch of rotation on the hop wheel. I also find that because it is soft that it seals well with the air nozzle unlike some hard ones (like the red Prometheus) which don't seem to seal well with anything...
Let me know if you need any more help. For now, I'd go with the barrel and maybe the hop rubber and see where it puts you before you change the spring.
