| I have had the idea for a while that we should do a team based force on force competition. the basis would be 5 man teams competing in a bracket style single elimination tournament. say $5 per person. pay out to the top 2-3 teams depending on how many teams. let me know what you think. | |

| Ive been throwing this idea around also. Sniper competitions as well. Where would you have this? A CQB location or a field based game? I am just a little weary of it being labeled a competition as people tend to take things too serious or aggressive. A friendly match? | |

| There's always been that concern of honesty...and now there's money on it? Hmmm...maybe we should force the use of the marker bbs just for these. | |

| i would say field or cqb which ever is available. as far as marker bbs, they tend to tear up a hop up. i would say 2-3 admins on the field for the game. that would be best i think. | |

| Don't they already do something pretty similar with United Airsoft League? Also the idea of introducing comp to a game that is a hobby where an individual is responsible for his own honor is a pretty bad idea. It went a long way to totally fucking up paintball. I played back in the day when all we had were pump markers and 10 round tubes. Then "progress" showed up and so did cheating assholes. Just saying been there seen that. Your mileage may vary. | |

| From reports that I hear of testing they make very little mark and need to really make hard contact to even mark at all. I also think(not know) they are gonna gunk up your barrel a bit. | |

| small amount of pigment left on contact points within the gun but it should be easy to get off as it is more of a dust than anything. as far as leaving marks i think i pissed my neighbor off because there is now red marks on my fence and on his house from the few fliers that i had. ok ammo. not too much gunk in the barrel after 200 rounds. | |

| You need to test it against human soft targets to get a better idea of it's marking capability don't you? | |
